Tipce is a latina-owned mobile bar service established in 2023 and aimed to create an enhanced bar experience. The client becomes part of Tipce as we add creativity to your event with attention to detail and seamless execution. Owner/Founder
Celeste Grajeda-Rojas
Hi! My name is Celeste, I am 24 years old, born and raised in Reno, NV. I am the owner/founder of Tipce LLC. I have a bachelor's degree in business from the University of Nevada, Reno. During my time in college I spent two years on the Nevada Cheer Team there (Go Pack!) and four years as a member of the Alpha Omicron Pi sorority. I began my career in the bar industry as a cocktail waitress and worked my way up to bartender. I started Tipce because I love being a part of people's big life moments. My drink of choice is a French 75. When I'm not working I love to do things like read, workout, complete puzzles, and spend time with my three dogs.

My name is Yesennia, I am 31 years old and a mom of 3 boys. I have about 8 years in the beverage industry and also began my career in as a cocktail waitress and worked my way up to bartender. When I'm not working I love to cook, spend time with my kids and travel with family. I've traveled all around the world to countries like Egypt, France, Thailand, and China. My favorite country I've been to is Mexico because I love connecting with my heritage and the food/cocktails there are the best. My favorite drink is a whiskey sour. I love working for Tipce because I get to work alongside one of my best friends!

My name is Addi, I am 26 years old. I cheered for the University of Nevada, Reno for 3 years and graduated with a bachelor's degree in Kinesiology. I am a full-time fitness coach, when I'm not at a Tipce event you can find me at the gym! My drink of choice is Tipce's signature Jalapeño Margarita. I love being a part of the Tipce Team because I love to help create magic for others for the biggest day of their lives!

My name is Seth. I am 24 years old and I have been bartending for 3 years. I was born and raised here in Reno, Nevada and I don’t have any plans on leaving! I work as a licensed insurance agent when I am not doing events with Tipce because I love helping people! I enjoy traveling, golfing, and spending time with friends and family. I have a bit of a sweet tooth when it comes to cocktails so my drink of choice is a disaronno sour with a splash of orange juice (trust me it’s delicious). I look forward to meeting you and doing everything I can to add to your big day!
