How far in advance should I book Tipce?
We recommend booking at least 6-8 months in advance to secure your date, we do get many inquiries for dates 1 year in advance. However, we may accommodate last-minute requests based on availability.
Can I make payment plans on my total balance?
Yes! We can absolutely coordinate a payment schedule after the initial retainer of $300.00 is paid. The final balance will be due 21 days prior to the event date.
Do you provide alcohol?
No, Tipce is a dry-hire bartending service. We provide professional bartenders, mixers, garnishes, and bar equipment, but clients must provide their own alcohol.
Can you help with alcohol recommendations and quantities?
Yes! We provide guidance on how much alcohol to purchase based on your guest count and drink preferences.
Do you offer non-alcoholic options?
Yes! We can create mocktail menus that are just as fun and flavorful as our cocktail selections.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments via Square and send a payment link for clients to pay securely with a credit or debit card.
Do you require a permit to serve alcohol?
All of our bartenders carry the Nevada mandated Alcohol Awareness Card and have gone through training. Depending on your location and event type, a special event permit may be required. We can advise you on local regulations.
What do I need to provide for setup?
You’ll need to provide the alcohol and a designated bar space. We bring the rest, including bar tools, coolers, garnishes, and mixers.

How much should I budget for total beverage costs?
Beverage costs vary depending on your guest count, drink menu, and alcohol preferences. On average, clients spend between $10-$20 per guest for our services and an additional $10-$15 per guest on alcohol. We provide personalized recommendations to help you budget accordingly.
